"Holy works"

I've been studying the term "good works" and how it relates to covenants.  In the process, I've found several closely related terms.  "Works of righteousness" is discussed in this post.

Today's post will discuss the phrase "holy works" which is found in Alma 12:30. I showed how "faith" and "repentance" are found in connection with mentions of "good works." (See here.) Notice the context for "holy works":

30 And they began from that time forth to call on his name; therefore God conversed with men, and made known unto them the plan of redemption, which had been prepared from the foundation of the world; and this he made known unto them according to their faith and repentance and their holy works.

This makes the overall concept abundantly clear to me.  "Holy works," "good works," and "works of righteousness" are all connected to covenant-making. I believe this refers to ordinances associated with covenants.
