Alma's experience with Korihor

We are familiar with Alma 32:17

Yea, there are many who do say: If thou wilt show unto us a sign from heaven, then we shall know of a surety; then we shall believe.

A couple of chapters earlier, Alma encountered someone with that attitude.

Alma 30:43

And now Korihor said unto Alma: If thou wilt show me a sign, that I may be convinced that there is a God, yea, show unto me that he hath power, and then will I be convinced of the truth of thy words.

Alma probably had this experience in mind when he gave the sermon on faith to the Zoramites
