I've found numerous examples of Samuel the Lamanite making reference to themes and phrases from Nephi (and Isaiah). I started a list. I'm sure there are many, many more to find. Notice the similarities between how Samuel describes false teachers and how Nephi described them:
This final example has a very clear parallel in the writings of Isaiah:
20 Wo unto them that call evil good, and good evil, that put darkness for light, and light for darkness, that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! (2 Nephi 15/Isaiah 5)
